Youth Ministries

Have you ever felt that there must be more to life?  What is the purpose to living?  The Bible has all of the answers to these questions and so much more.  Come join our youth group and find out for yourself what God’s Word teaches!

Sunday School
Every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 Junior and Senior High students meet together.  Bible lessons are taught and discussed on a practical level and encouraged to be applied to everyday life!  Lessons may be on topics, character qualities, and books.  Recently covered studies include:  Disciples, Attitudes, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution, Proverbs, Witnessing, Study of Salvation, Pursuing Holiness, and many more.

Youth Group
On Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30 to 8:30, Youth Group is the place to be! (May-August meeting times change to 7:30 to 8:30.) The night includes wild ice-breakers, games, singing, Bible lessons, a small group time, interactive studies, prayer time, and ends with more games. Every meeting is full of fun, friends, practical learning, accountability, and some craziness thrown in!

Special Events
Special events are planned throughout the year.  Some events are designed to give us the opportunity to serve others; some are just for fun!

Recent ministry opportunities:  missions trips, Meals on Wheels, Christmas card delivery, raking leaves, babysitting, music, and many more.

Recent fun events:  “Fear Factor,” bowling, college trip, Chicago Bulls game trip, camping, leadership retreats, sport tournaments, scavenger hunt, SNAC (Sunday Night After Church), and many more.
